Today has been an AWESOME, FABULOUS, BLESSES day...Okay, if you can't tell. I am having a great day. Blame it on the wonderful weather or the fact I went shopping today, what ever, it doesn't matter. I have just had the first good day I have had in over a month. I decided that I have to give up the hope that my old pre-pregnancy shirts would fit me due to the bowling balls I am caring around on my chest. Thanks to breast feeding :) So, I went shopping...OH YEAH!!! Retail therapy is great. The weather was perfect and Trey is doing great. The doctor called today and they increased his feeds again. Now is up to 19mls. Once he gets to 20mls they will space his feed from every 2-3 hours. He is gaining weight really well and he did great on his first windowing. They decided to do it for 1-2 hours from 8-10am and 8-10pm but if he seems tired or irritated they will cut it short and try again the next secession. The second time they windowed him he only did and hour and a half instead of two hours but that is still great. Tonight, they windowed him while Chris and I were there and we got to hold him for over one hour. It was great to hold him without the CPAP and....he did great...rock steady heart rate and RR and O2 saturation. I am so proud of him. Also, for the first time one of his grandma's got to hold him. I can't wait till my mom can hold him. I am sure I will cry my eyes out. Anyhoo, here is to this great day and praying for the next.
